I saw via Google searches where there were a lot of complaints about no sound at all, but nothing that quite matched up with this. Figured I'd ask and see if the issue at least sounds familiar or something.
While in game it sounds like everything is tinny/echoey like you are in a large cavern or all the sounds/voices are coming from the end of a long, empty tunnel. This is only happening with the in-game audio. Audio is normal in cut scenes, menus, and everything else. This is only happening in Dying Light, no other games or software I am running.
Checked all my sound settings in Windows and everything seems to be in order. As far as I can tell, there are no Audio setting options within the game itself.
Played through the entire game back when it originally came out, and I don't recall having this issue then. Figured I'd try it out again after seeing Dying Light 2 was coming out. And after watching Army of the Dead. ;)
Anyone else encounter this?
