Hello, I just found out about the docket codes for in-game stuff, but on their official FAQ Site Techland is not mentioning GOG at all: https://dockets.dyinglightgame.com/faq ?

What's up with that? Again a case where Techland decided to treat their GOG customers as 2nd class?

I been trying to figure this out , even with the sign in with Techland on the GOG version what is the point if it does not sync.

Not really. From the linked site:
8. DO THE DOCKETS EXPIRE? HOW LONG ARE THEY VALID?
By default all dockets distributed from October 1st, 2018, are valid for 14 days since the day they are made public. If the validity period of the docket is different, we will clearly communicate it. All older dockets expired on October 12th, 2018.
