One of the handful of games I've been anticipating on GOG has finally arrived!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gonna buy it this weekend but I wanna ask early adopters if they can confirm that this game has LAN.

Yes STALKER! You can play DUSK MP over local LAN. Just hours prior to launch we were making sure local network discovery worked between Linux and Windows PCs :)

That is so cool.

You say discovery, but is it also possible to hard enter local IP address if need be?
Speaking from way too much LAN party experience, sometimes the automatic discovery just won't work for some people, but usually hard typing the local IP of the host gets it done in those cases, so it's always a good thing to have just in case.

Yep, you can input IPs in the console and connect like any old school game. We'll be doing a console command guide write-up today and pinning it on the forums.

Does the game have a Direct IP over the Internet option? Or just local LAN only?

Yep! You can direct connect to internet lobbies via the console as well.
