I created a mage/cleric multiclass character, but I can only seem to access the spells for the cleric even after memorizing the wizard spells and resting. Is there any specific keyboard combination I need to press first or something? The manual didnt seem to say anything about this.

Are you wearing armour? Mages can only cast spells when wearing robes.
Exception being the Elven Chainmail, which allows elven mages to cast spells. Any other race does not get this benefit in these games.
