According to the gamecard, no, the game is English only and I have yet to find a language setting in the game itself. This appears to be the US/North America version of the game.

I think you misunderstood what I wrote. I did buy the game from GOG and I can find no language setting in it. It is English only and appears to be the US/North American release of the game.
