When the game starts, it's in full screen with a teeny interface (~100x200px?) in the lower left. This can be fixed by turning fullscreen off and on again. This has to be done on every launch

We can't get gamepads (Xbox 360) to work. One will slightly work in the control configuration screen - The left joystick will move the cursor up and down, and the A button causes a reaction, but not a useful one (a warning that the setting can't be changed). When trying to select a character none of the gamepad controls has any effect.
