Hey, guys. I'm playing Duke3D using EDuke32, the HRP, and DukePlus, and for some reason, I'm unable to drink any water. I'm not sure why, put pressing the Use key at broken fire hydrants and toilets has no effect. At water fountains, the fountain is activated, but I don't get any health back.

Anyone having an issue like this? Thanks for the help, guys.

It's because you're playing a mod that removes this functionality.

ah I see thanks. I madly want drink water but no go for many days GRRR ! Does this mod change to allow drink water under 50 health ?!
