I've tried both with and without the HD pack; the only HUD elements I can get to show up are the level stats (time, enemies, secrets). Has anyone else had this problem? And if so, how did you fix it?

EDIT: Never mind, I derped and forgot about the screen-size keys; decreasing the screen size fixed it.
