When resting at the Inn cant upload my pawn. Other "online" interactions are working fine. Does anyone had this?

It's been happening for a long time. It's funny, but a server somewhere is working because you can hire online pawns, but the server presumably used to transfer pawn data etc. is not responding here. See attached image.
