I keep getting a "PhysXLoader.dll" is missing error message when I try to play DAO. Can someone help?

You might have to download PhysX from Nvidia's website. I presume your graphics card manufacturer is not Nvidia. In that case the stuff would already have been deleted. Had the same problem when I switched from Nvidia to AMD.

I don't have a nVidia GPU installed but I have the following PhysXLoader.dlls installed:

NVidia Phys X 9.13.1220
nVidia Phys X 9.13.0640

and all of my PhysX-required games run perfectly...

(I'm running Win10x64 build 14393, but these two have run fine in every version of Win10x64 I've had installed.) You can install both, side by side.
