If like me you want to save some space on your HDD here is a little advice for you :

In the folder /DragonAgeOrigins/modules/singleplayer/audio remove or move every language you don't use in order to save up to 7 Giga :)

I tried the game after and it was still working, maybe try to backup those file for some times if there is a problem or just synchronise your game to re-download missing files

Okay, this is interesting to me.

Does the GOG version often up more than the US English audio files? Do they have other language packs too?

I have DAO Ultimate on Origin and Steam - and on Origin version, I only see "En-US" folder.
Also, it clocks in game-size of around 24GB on Origin with all DLC's and expansions.
