Languages: English, French, Italian, German, Spanish
Does it means that it is fully translated (subtitles + dubbing) in these languages or it has only subtitles?
I'm especially interested in the Italian version

Yes, as has been mentioned earlier, we have separate installers for the Dracula Trilogy that you can access using the drop down menu above the installer link.
As for games being dubbed with subtitles or just using subtitles, we usually state on the game card the following words: Audio and text: <languages>. Text only: <languages>.
If you just see a list of languages without any Audio and text: then that means all of them are voiced and subtitled.
