I managed to get Dracula 3 working on my Windows 10 PC, but the performance is shoddy. It's playable, but it refuses to go above 13 FPS. I've tried altering the config in a number of ways to no avail. Does anyone know how to make the game run more smoothly?

I'm willing to play it like this if there's really no solution, but it'd be a bit of a dampener on what seems like a great game.

I managed to fix this by changing in the config menu:

bUse32BitsSprites=1
bUse32BitsScreen=1

Soon as I set these to 1 the game ran perfectly smooth on Windows 10
