This boggles my mind. Is this the complete game, or the Truen Ending Behind The Paywall thing just entirely missing?

Indeed it does seem that it was a monumental c**k up by GOG. I emailed them at the time asking why we'd got an inferior version and was told;
"I'm afraid that our current deal with the publisher only allows us to sell the standard, non-Collector's edition of Dracula: Love Kills."
As we've heard nothing since the reply to MarkoH01 over eighteen months ago - https://www.gog.com/forum/general/games_that_treat_gog_customers_as_second_class_citizens_v2/post1208- I'm guessing that we're stuck with this incomplete game :(
