Hi,
usually the game works fine, but on times the CPU-times (AMD Zen2 3600) just jumps up and neither mouse nor keyboard seem to react for several seconds. Even the taskmanager is not working. This is the only game with the problem. Does someone else has the same problems?

I also closed every other program and app. Only a full restart of my computer solves that problem.

Attached a screenshot directly after start of the program.

Adding: I use 2 monitors. Does the fullscreen mode react badly to it?

Yes, similar behaviour on my machine: fan sometimes goes up to maximum for 1-2 minutes, but I (nor my laptop) haven't done anything special. I don't need to reboot, though. Waiting for a couple of minutes just fixes the problem
Thanks for reporting this issue, that´s weird indeed. We´ll put it on our list.
Do these spikes occur regularly in some kind of rhythm or are they completely random?
Also did changing the Vsync settings help somehow?

We´ll provide an ingame bug report function within the next patches. Then we´ll be able to tackle this problem more efficiently.

Well, the settings were my first idea as well, so I put down anything to "plain vanilla" like lowest quality, no vsync etc.
same behaviour.

My second guess would be, that it is related the autosave function, because it seems to occur before or after the autosave. Maybe it's heavily using CPU?
