I'd like to ask if all methods of reporting bugs described in this post: gog.com/forum/dorfromantik/how_to_report_bugs really work? On October 30 I reported a savefile corruption bug via the ClickUp form provided on Steam Dorfromantik forum (I tried to use the link to ClickUp form provided on aforementioned gog post, but it gave me - and still gives - an error: "This form is currently unavailable"). Also, on October 31 I sent the same report via email to the address support@dorfromantik.com. So far I haven't received any reply, I'm not even sure that Developers got my reports. After the bug I stopped playing Dorfromantik so as not to mess up my savefiles even more, but I'd really like to return to it. If the Developers could confirm that they have received my report(s) and are working on them, I'd be grateful.
Hello! I'm no part of the dev team, but you can try to join the discord server. That's a good way to reach the team. Just go to toukana.com and click on the discord icon.

Whoops! Looks like I forgot updating that one, sorry about that!
If you sent in a ticket, we will have received it for sure. We do regular sweeps through reports to see if there's anything urgent (e.g. Crashes) we need to fix asap. Otherwise our programmer does toil away at the reports if time permits in order of severity.
We don't usually reply / send follow-up emails unless we need more information or files, but it certainly is not good that we might not have gotten around to this one yet after a month.
