We're investigating this right now.
In the meantime, try saving the game and launching it again.

EDIT:
For the record, there is music in game, I just installed the game on my Win7 and it plays correctly.

stephenflatt: I remember in times of yore, the no music problem was caused by not having the CD inserted.
At the moment I cannot replicate the issue, I have music in every install.
