Hi,
total NOOB here - i was hoping for some quick and simple fun when i discovered GOG but I am increasingly disappointed. Looks like you need to be an IT pro to get anything working here.

So, I installed Doom BFG edition, tried to launch it. A window opened saying the following:

I have no idea what this means nor do i want to get into it. Is there an easy fix for this or do i have to try to get my money back?

Always post specs when asking for help. Also the Steam forum is honestly better for this, as they are more populated.
