I can open the game but it won't let me click anything or create a new profile. I even have to restart my pc because it won't let me close the game.

It works fine for me on Windows 10. I wish I could help more, but I have no idea what is causing the problems on your system. Maybe you should email GOG and/or Larian tech support.
