There is an patch an Steam to get the german translation.
Where is that patch on this site?
Good question. Again, gog-users have to wait longer... thats sad.
I am still waiting for the German version too (Divine Divinity Origin Sin).

In steam there was a patch for German language.

Or have you to install the game in English and choose language in the game?

Ich hab jetzt Larian mal direkt angeschieben.
Mal schauen, was passiert.

// Falls ihr wen kennt, der die STEAM-Version besitzt, könnt ihr den Ordner
"German" und die Datei "language.lsx" kopieren
(aus Steam->SteamApps->common->Divinity-Original Sin->Data->Localisation)
und in den entsprechenden Ordner von Eurem GOG-Ordner einfügen.

Habs so getestet und scheint zu funktionieren.

its a good translation. just sometime little things are not good translated.
for example: a wolf drops as crafting materials "Frisuren" whats irritate a bit :D

Or Translated names are not consequent translated.
For example the first miniboss in the tutorial dungeon is translated to "Zornfried" but on the graves he is still named in his english name.

But these are small things. The translation is realy good.
And i like, the english voices with german subtitle.
Okay, that's good. Because French users were complaining, the Russians too, I think. Don't know if they got better translations out by now, though.

The 1.0.51 patch did add some translation fixes for French and German.
That's good to know! =)
I downloaded the german installer. Where can I switch to german version?

Slartibartfas: I downloaded the german installer. Where can I switch to german version?
Start Menu, GOG, D:OS, Language Settings.
Or in the D:OS install folder, the LanguageSetup.exe file.
