I don't see the soundtrack listed for download in my GOG account. I backed on Kickstarter at the "Digital Duo Pack" level (aka "Couples Pack"). My kickstarter summary page at LarianVault lists the soundtrack as one of my rewards, but does not show a code for it. I used the code from LarianVault to add the game to my GOG account and download it. My partner used the second code from LarianVault to add the game to her GOG account, after several minutes retrying. I see the soundtrack is bundled in the "Sourcehunter" DLC, but I don't have a code to add it to my GOG account.

This problem has been resolved when GOG emailed a new bonus code. See post 12 in this thread.

The sound track is under "My bonus content:" not under the Sourcehunter DLC. If you don't see it there I'd open a ticket with GOG or maybe Larian.

Do an account refresh if you don't see it under extras. Otherwise, contact support.

Thank you for the reply, but the soundtrack isn't listed under "My bonus content:". What I see is shown in the image attached to this message.

I don't know. I'd suggest trying the account refresh as Gydion suggested and if that doesn't do it open a ticket with GOG. In the meantime you mentioned your partner had the option, download it form there and copy it over.

The soundtrack isn't available from her GOG account either.

It should be available in one of them. When I redeemed my code it took a day or two for the DLC to show up, but at the time GOG was in the process of getting the Mac version up and adding the DLC. I'm not sure if a delay now is out of the ordinary...

I just tried that account refresh link, and nothing has changed since the screenshot here: http://www.gog.com/forum/divine_divinity_series/question_divinity_original_sin_how_to_download_the_soundtrack/post4

I also tried logging out of GOG from Firefox, and then logging in from Safari in a clean profile. That should account for any possible browser problem, such as stuck cache, add-on conflicts, or stale cookies.
I've got the same problem, i've take the Tier "Music Buff" but when i redeem the game on GoG, the soudntrack wasn't in my bonus content. Larian said to contact the gog support.
I've done it, now wait and see.

I redeemed my code from LarianVault and downloaded the game files and bonus content from GOG Wednesday July 9. Does that seem like enough time for GOG to update my account status?

The soundtrack still isn't available from either my account or my girlfriend's account.
I launched the game and entered the kickstarter code from LarianVault; the game acknowledged the code and accepted it without error. The soundtrack still is not available for download from my GOG account.
It was an issue for the D:OS kickstarter version. I've received an email this afternoon from GoG explaining this.
Maybe you have this email too. I have redeemed again my game and now i have the soundtrack and others bonuses.

Just got a new bonus code from GOG in my email. I clicked the link provided and now the soundtrack and some other new files are available in my GOG account. Thanks to everyone who replied, and to the GOG team for stepping up to fix their mistake.
