Jahan is level 4 Hydro and has two spells (Rain & Regeneration). Whenever I try having him learn new spells from crafted spellbooks (specifically Cleansing Water), a message says he isn't advanced enough. The same problem occurs with my one of my PCs. Both characters have 5 or more spells in other skill sets.

In addition, whenever I attempt to create an Avatar of Frost spellbook, the combine screen produces the red "X"
