My friend has the steam version and I have GOG. We've already had to jump through so many hoops to get these games to be compatible with one another and now we cant play because I have the "wrong version" of the game installed. I understand GOG wants to make sure this patch is fully optimized for us but at least provide us some feedback and hopefully a timeline when this NEW patch is available. I almost wish I bought this game on steam.

I assume you mean Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edtion (you mentioned no game title).

Patch 2.0.104.737 for Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edtion has been released on GoG without an update to the changelog.
