In Divinity 2 Directors Cut, Penelope's amulet or the dead body it is usually beside, is not there by the ballista on Lovis's tower.
Was this cut from the Directors Cut, or was there something you had to read, or be told of, before it spawns?
Edit: Nevermind, there is another ballista lower down the sparkly path.
