They are very hard sometimes they heal very fast or wont get damage at al and they can kill yuou very fast what lvl do you need to be to defeat them?

Learn freeze. It helps a lot against them.
I don't know which level you need to be. I went against orcs at 10, which is far too low.
(But drawing them towards human guards works very well ;) )

im lvl 13 atm heavy orcs are still tough but i mostly run away from drummers

Freezing & ranged weapons is a great combo :)
You may consider coming back there later, unless you are extremely patient and ready to kite every single orc.
(or stubborn like me.)

well there are some areas the drummer is the only one alive, now im in an area there is a vampire who wants to drink a kids blood you can say he can do it to you but then i die since my health is very low then.

The drummers were tough, I came back later for the first ones I met. The problem was their drumming drew more Orcs and healed them at the same time. Not fun. Not sure what level it was but it seemed like suddenly they were no problem. I used a combo of the sword of Chaos and lightening. The Lightening seemed like the best ranged weapon on Orcs and lizards IMHO. Zapped them as they approached and finished them off with a couple of whacks from a poisoned, freezing sword.

I tried many times to kill the vampire early on but it was late in the game before I could dispatch the foul beast. If you are in that area you should have found the Sword of Chaos or maybe the Singing Blade which I used one or the other til the end of the game . . . =)

No i dont lol i just run around like a mad fool lol i have to look up where i can get those weapons.

I explored a lot too, so much that I was often too strong when I went back to the story quest since I had been out Orc hunting and such.

Actually since i found the vampire's sword I use it all the time sometimes interchangeably with the singing blade. But the vampire's one is ftw!!! I dont know that chaos blade or stuff but Vampire's blade+4charms+S:107+A:76+other crazy shit kills literally everything!!!

I suggest you to explore all areas patiently instead of using any tips. I didnt use any and have a great satisfaction from the game. Unfortunately I looked up in this thread for this chaos blade location erghhhh.... ;<

True i noticed that it takes most fun out of a game if you know what you find taking away some of the fun of exploring and you not playing the game on your way you play it as another player does.
