I have a strange bug, where most times when i start the game for the first time after restarting the pc, i've got no controls in the main menu.
the background still is animated and i can move the courser, but clicking anything wont work (only thing working sofar is alt+f4, which doesnt make much since you need to click on yes or no, to close)
fixing it sofar with colsing DoS with taskmanager and restarting
anyone else got this problem? haven't found anything on the internet yet :/

(btw running win10 and had it on two sperate machines)

Did you try running the game in windowed mode and Alt Tabbing out of it? Also make sure you close all unnecessary apps running in the background.

Alt tabbing out doesnt work, restarting on the other hand does, but thanks for the suggestion
what realy confuese me, is the fact, that it doesnt do this everytime...
gonna try truning off my anti virus programm and windowed mode next time and see if that helps

Same problem here.
No control on the main menu the only thing that can be done is restarting the computer completely.
Please if anyone knows how to fix the issue let me know.

Running the game in windowed mode solved this for me. I think the problem is with the 'create new profile' dialog that appears when you launch the game for the first time - once I'd successfully created a profile and that dialog no longer appeared I was able to switch back to running fullscreen with no issues.

Anyway the full steps I ran through were:

1) Change the game settings to run in windowed mode (I had to do this through NVidia GeForce since the bug prevented me from accessing the settings in the main menu)
2) Launch the game - mouse clicks should work now and you'll be able to create a profile
3) (Optional) change graphics settings back to fullscreen
