So, just to spare anyone else some major pain, don't go to Stormfist Castle until you are high level, like at least 20+.
Minor Spoiler
I was just mosying my way through the world, doing some minor quests at fairly low level (like 10ish) and decided to wander into the Castle. Well, that triggers a sequence that puts you in a location that forces you to wade through a crap load of much higher level enemies, which I'm not equipped to handle. At this point I'm trying to devise a strategy just to run BY all of them, but its not as easy as it would seem due to the setup of this particular dungeon, so... yea, be careful. I'll probably manage, but it'll take some time and effort, which is just aggravating.

SPOILER ALERT
If you happen to have the spider statuette click on it an transform into a spider then you can wander around. If you want to get items u have to transform back by just right clicking, then transform back, same with doors or ladders you have to be human to use them. Oh a final thing you need mana to transform but it wont consume it.
