I brought divinity ii: developer's cut from GOG and could not start the game after installing through the GOG app on Win10 I then decided to download the offline version to give me the game files and have them completely installed
after going through the installer I noticed parts 2 and 3 are BIN files
where are these supposed to be placed exactly?

What you need to do is download all 3 parts to the same folder first (It doesn't matter where to)
Then run the setup exe
The exe will extract the files from the .bin files and put them where they need to be.
I know this is an old thread, but I’m having trouble installing this same game. I’m not using Galaxy as I am running Windows 7. All my other games install just fine, using the same steps I always have. But this one tells me it can’t find “part 2”, and that I need to place it in the same spot as the exe file. But they’re all in my downloads folder together. Any ideas?

Does part 2 still have a .bin file extention?
Sometimes a browser will change the extention to .zip.
If so, just rename it.
