Hello. On my 1080ti/i9-9900K performance on D3D is problematic with stutters which is fixed by going to Software rendering mode. However, if I run on Software mode, I get 200+ frames per second which is pegging one CPU core at 100%.

Is there anyway to reduce the FPS to 60? Riva Tuner and the Nvidia settings appear not to work because it's Software mode?
