As the title says, after downloading today's hotfix I've been unable to launch the game due to this system error telling me that the steam_api64.dll file is missing.

Also for some reason this thread appeared to have "-1 replies" when I posted it?

Seems Larian released a second hotfix that fixed this issue.
Game is launching again.
