Samothan: I've downloaded and installed the Windows Installer 1.1 of Divinity 2, which comes with english language pack.

How I can manage to get an other language pack (I want to do this with german) without doing a new install ?

We have seperate installers for each language. This is done so that folks who want to play the game in a different language don't have to download one huge file with languages they don't want. Your best bet would be to download the German language installer of Divinity 2 :D
