Hello, this is my first post, I hope this is a problem that has a solution.

I recently found a copy of Original Sin in a charity shop for £1, and maybe I am old or naive, but it wants me to install it via steam. The problem is that the manual is missing and therefore I don't have the product key. Is there a way of getting this game on my computer without spending any more money?

Sorry if this is a stupid post.

Phil

Unfortunately, no.

Most physical game copies from the better part of the past decade require some kind of online activation. Even if you did have the manual with a product key, if someone already activated that product key then you would no longer be able to use it.

At least you only paid £1 for it.
