No word about GoG, so if I pre-purchased DC via GoG I get punished?

Obviously the answer was given a while after I asked about it via news:

Good news, we are also upgraded to the Imperial Edition. I for myself don't care about the beta as I prefer to get the final experience and we are GoG customers because most of us don't agree with steam for the one or other reason and a steam account is needed to take place in the beta.
