So I surrendered my teleporter pyramids when I went into Stormfist Castle. A playguide said don't worry, you'll get them back.

But before I go further, can someone tell me if I'm on the right track? I've played for days since getting kicked out off the castle. I'm on the 3rd level of the cemetary/graveyard now, and lugging stuff back to town is one heck of a long run now, so boy I'd love those teleporters back.

Have I just not reached the stage of the game to get them back yet? Or is my game bugged somehow?

I've already seen a quest that was bugged, so I know bugged quests are still possible. If I'm bugged, I'll see if I can go back ... but I don't want to keep going forever if I'm already bugged.

It is not a bug, you have not reached the point where you get them back, you will get them back.. Without me putting spoilers in for others you might do a search for DD walk throughs if you need more detail as there are MANY that detail when you get them back.

I actually went through the wastelands and defeated the boss at the end without getting pyramids back. Obviously, I missed something earlier but I wasnt using a guide for the game. I never found how to get them back. Still thought Divine Divinity was a terrific game. I only wish Beyond Divinity was as good.

You should have gotten the stones back once you reached the Council of Seven area. Talk to everyone. You should have them in your inventory prior to performing the ritual. Once in the wastelands you cannot come back.

Larian hid a set of stones in the waselands just in case you performed the ritual without having the stones in your inventory. They will be called the Ancient Pyramids but they are exactly the same as the portal stones. (see image)

Also, if you have the stones the pyramids won't be there. I have not looked for them in V1.005A but I assume they did not remove them. If they are missing please share the info . . . =)
