How do you know if your game got updated?

If you open the game's page in Galaxy, it should show the version number beneath the title next to the two big buttons. The version number can be clicked to show information about individual updates you've applied since you installed. But the version number is the really important thing if you want to compare with Steam.

If you launch the game, you can see the version number below the initial choices on the main menu.

Is there an update/patch I didn''t get w/ Div Divinity download? When i level up, Stats page still shows red levelup arrow after applying stat increases,and later stats have reverted to starting stats. I'll try redownloading,and keep saved games,hope stats show correctly. Anyone else have this prob?

Are you sure you applied the stat point distribution, by clicking on the checkmark button at the bottom of the stats window? At lower screen resolutions especially, it might be hidden behind the UI toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
Once you confirm the distribution of all unused stat points, the arrow on the stat icon should be removed.

There is a bug with distributing stat points but not confirming them; after saving and reloading they will be lost. There is a save editor which can be used to fix that, though. How to spend stat points?
