Hey guys,

Got a bit of a strange problem: Divinity Original Sin literally vanished from my GOG account. Both on the site and in the launcher.
The refresh thing didn't help. Any ideas? :/

I can still see it in my library! Maybe you should contact the support team..

You're the second person today that complained about one of their games disappearing. Maybe Galaxy bug, maybe they did some security check which you didn't pass?

In any case contact GoG support, they will sort it out. :-)
Check the install folder; as long as it didn't get uninstalled, you can start the game from the '..\Divinity - Original Sin\Shipping\EoCApp.exe' executable, or create a shortcut to it (right click drag and drop somewhere, like your desktop, and a menu will open with that option).
Has the problem been solved yet ?
The game disappeared for me too....Still waiting for a reply from support.
Me too i hope they fix this :(
Same here... the game simply vanished from my library.
If anyone of you hears back from the support, it would be nice to explain what the issue was here so the others know too.
Well i recieved a response from support. The thing was, i asked a friend to bye the game for me from G2A. com, but it turns out it was in violation of the User Agreement (3.3), so they took the game and refunded the money to his card. Gues i`ll have to ask him to buy it directly from GOG next time it is on sale.
Got a reply, this is what they wrote:

Hello,

Recently a series of codes was canceled, because these codes were purchased fraudulently, with stolen cards. In such situations, our policy is to cancel such a code, and give the money back to the owner of the stolen card.
Also, please keep in mind that reselling codes purchased on GOG is forbidden according to our User Agreement (3.3).
I would strongly advise that you contact the third-party reseller, whom you most likely bought this code from, and ask for your money back. According to user reports, you might be offered a replacement key, but I would strongly suggest demanding that your money be returned.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and appreciate your understanding.

Guess this was the last time I bought something from G2A.
