I've come across a few pieces of armor that have charm quality values, yet despite two points in the enchant skill I can't add any charms to them. Is it possible to enchant armor and amulets at higher Enchant skill levels, or is there someone out there who can do this for you or what? The game makes it sound like only weapons can ever be enchanted, but I don't see why armor pieces would have charm qualities if they couldn't be as well.
