When I downloaded the game I ended up with three directories.
divinity_dragon_commander
divinity_dragon_commander_dlc
and an imperial edition upgrade directory, that was empty after the download files were completed.

I deleted the imperial edition upgrade directory and clicked on all the files to download again. They all indicated they were downloaded after a few minutes.

I pre-ordered for imperial edition.

In the "divinity_dragon_commander" directory I have the installer 2.0.0.5 and a patch 2.0.1.6

In the "divinity_dragon_commander_dlc" directory I have dlc exe 2.0.0.5
I presume this is the "DLC: Imperial Edition - Upgrade " on my book shelf?

Do I have everything for the imperial edition since I had one empty directory? Or was this empty directory the result of a repack of the game.

I have not installed the game yet, since I do not want to ask for help if I do not have the required files for a proper installation.

I am a bit confused after reading some of the forum topics. Are the goG problems fixed after installing the current patch or are we waiting for another patch. I am in no rush to install at this time, mainly I want to confirm I am getting all the required files.

Yes, you should have everything for the game and the Imperial upgrade. As for patches I really don't know.... There's really no telling with GGO patches what they really do and what patch version that patch actually is and so on. It's quite a mess. I feel though that the game might be patched quite a few times in the coming days, so if you're not in a hurry...

Then again you can just leave the campaign for later for now and get familiar with skirmish or something.

Edit: The patch that was released apparently only screwed up things for on-going campaigns, so you should be safe in applying it and starting a new game.

Thanks for the reply. I am in no hurry to start so I will wait for further patches.
