This game seems to be funny but it's only in French, German and English.

Any plans for more translations like Italian, Spanish and other?

There will also be Russian and Polish translations (they were delayed).

Larian has not announced any other localizations (Italian and Spanish have been the most requested). The game is doing well, though, which may help convince distributors in other areas to localize the game, or make it more feasible for Larian to outsource translations directly.

The editor has been released. I don't know if it currently includes any functionality to help with importing or exporting text to translate, but that will eventually be required for mods, and would help with the main game, as well.
