Hi,
I'm considering taking advantage of the weekend promo and buying Beyond Divinity. I've played DD and Divinity 2, and I was wondering if BD filled in the story in between, or if it's entirely separate?
Then again, judging by the way Divinity 2 finished, I'm not sure if the story is really something I should have much faith in...

Since there has been no response . . .here is a quote . . .
"Beyond Divinity is not the direct sequel to Divine Divinity, but it does represent a brand-new adventure in the same role-playing world." . . . one review description.
Another review
I have not played it yet as I was waiting on the patch for DD to do a play through without bugs before trying BD. I have heard that it was not as good as DD but I can't confirm that yet . . .=)
Edit: If I didn't already have it . . . I would have to buy it a that price . ..=)

It sounds from that review as though it doesn't address the space between DD and Div 2, if it does I'll post an update. As you say, it's so cheap I may as well spend a few quid on it.
