It does the good ol' "PhysXLoader.dll is missing" error whenever I try to start the thing up. It even did it after I installed new PhysX drivers and all. Anybody know a fix for this?

In the nvidia control panel try changing the PhysX setting (ie from 'auto' to CPU or GPU). With an ATI card PhysX will run on the CPU.

Did you uninstall the old version of PhysX and reboot before installing the latest? A clean install helped one person with this error when just installing the newer version over the old did not.
