Hi, bought standard edition of this game. Any chance upgrade to collectors edition or I must pay full price again?

Unfortunately, there is no upgrade DLC to add the Collector's Edition digital extras.
A while ago someone looked into setting up an online shop for Larian merchandise; I don't know what the current status is on that, but the digital extras may be offered separately at some point.
