I clicked on the "play" button, which after like 30 sec resetted to its original state. The game does not run.

System: Windows 7.

Did you try running the game from a shortcut? You may also try to verify the game files using GOG Galaxy. There's also an option of running the game without the client. If it's installed through Galaxy, you have to go to the game folder and launch the .exe file.

I think my problem is, my system is 32 bit.

I hope I wrote through the correct page about the issue to the GoG-staff.

Same problem here. When I try to launch the game without galaxy it says "MSVCR110.dll missing"

Copied missing .dll to the recommended win-directory, but the game won't start.

Can someone help me?

Edit: Found the solution: Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package

If you have one of the later generations Intel CPUs, then you may need to disable some OpenSSL optimizations, as the trouble can stem from Galaxy<>.dll in the executable folder.

Add a system environment variable
OPENSSL_ia32cap
and set it to
~0x20000000

In Windows 10 you can get the system environment panel by select

System,
then go System Info...
..Advanced Settings...
Environment Variables...
The lower half of the dialog box provides the controls. Note that 0x20000000 is prefixed by a squiggle tilde thing.
