I played a bit of divinity original sin, and had to stop, so now i'm trying to get back but as a noob of rpgs it's kind of hard.
Do you know if there are ways to put some quest helper, because when you have to find someone just by their name and you don't even remember who gave you the quest, it's not possible...

Have you tried the wikia wiki? I'd post the link, but GOG wants to mangle it. Instead, go to divinity.wikia.com and go to "Quests" under the "ORIGINAL SIN" menu. It will suggest an alternate page; visit that.
