Hi, i bought on day 1 the Divinity 2 retail version and it was in italian language too... and i enjoied very much...i lost the expansion because it was in store only with the first Divinity 2(the knight saga i guess)..i ask why this Gog version havn't italian language too?

Just getting the initial language versions ready for all the Divinity games was a lot of work (see Hatching the Anthology). Additional language packs are planned, though.

There is not a lot of extra localization required for D2:DC, compared to DKS, so a language pack is a just a question of resources and contracts (other than the English/German versions, the publishers handled the localization, so need to agree to any re-release or re-use of the translations).

thanks for answer but if i'm not wrong, the expansion of ego drakonis was released with italian subtitles too , right?? so what's the difficult to add italian at least on the game (dont bother of the console or dev comment....i need to understand well the story)..so there is no Dev cut italian version?

You can enable Italian (and Spanish) text in the English download for the game. I don't know why it isn't officially supported, or why Steam does list those languages.
