Howdy,

Just got this game on the summer sale, running Windows 7, DX11 in Admin mode.

In the start new campaign mode, after I click on "Next" during the choose my dragon window, it CTD's without fail.

It's not running in compatability mode (I went through all the support items that looked similar but no luck).

If I try to go into a Custom campaign I can select my dragon, but after I choose my Princess and click next it does the same thing, CTD.

Any ideas?

Cheers,
Ceo

Hitting Start with the Story campaign should play the opening cutscene. After you choose a princess for a custom campaign, it should bring you to screen like the multiplayer lobby, where you can choose a campaign map and add 1-3 AI.

Can you click on Multiplayer, and start a multiplayer game. In the server list window, click on the 'Create lobby' button in the top left. That should bring up the lobby window just like the custom single player, except you can invite players or add AI, and you can select either a campaign or a skirmish.
What about going into the tutorial from the main menu, and then the Training Grounds? (essentially a skirmish on a small map, with the AI difficulty set to None)

Did you try lowering the resolution or switching to windowed mode, etc, to see if that would make a difference?

Please email supportdc@larian.com, with a description of the problem and the report.zip file generated by the Dragon Commander support tool.

Thanks Raze, I'll give them a shot and if they fail will email support at the address indicated.
