Disable Mods the achievements in Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition or do the achievements work normally?

I start a fresh game this weekend - any mods I get first? A suggestion for a must have?
Anyway there should be the chance to see if an active mod of any kind stops me from getting the first achievements.
