Hello D:OS developers (at least Raze may be reading this),

thank you very much for the Linux version. It got you 35€ from me today (or whatever reaches you after GOG's share).

I know it's only 50% of the normal price, but the full price is more I can spent on a game, so I hope 50% is better than 0%. I will throw in any word-of-mouth recommendation I can.

Best wishes for all of you

I would like to add that even though I'm a Windows user, I have been thinking about moving to Linux lately for a new PC build, so Linux compatibility is a feature I like to see in games I am buying even though I am not currently using Linux.
As of today I couldn't find a Linux version for sale on GOG or anywhere else.

I tried the GOG installer in PlayOnLinux but couldn't get it to run. I was able to get Steam-in-Wine's version running on Linux though - so it would be good if someone can post the best settings for this game in POL, for the GOG version. (As that version comes with the Imperial Edition included.)

Not sure what you're talking about... Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition is listed as Linux compatible on the GOG store.

This thread is somewhat outdated now, since Larian appear to have unfortunately walked back on Linux support for D:OS 2 and Baldur's Gate 3. As a 100% Linux user, I find this disappointing. Larian, please release Linux versions for your newer titles.
