Last time I tried Glide I found it looked no better than software mode (like D3d) but unlike software or D3d mode, the Glide version of the game doesn't seem to support any res higher than 1024x768. IMO, best mode for the game by far is the software mode.

@Tarnum: Hmm, Sorry but could you please answer: what exactly do you want to say?
I want to say that Divine Divinity (along with Diablo 2) supports Glide (3Dfx Voodoo video accelerators) and thus can be played using Glide emulator. But only original CD release of Divine Divinity supports Glide. Glide support was removed from all digital releases of DD.
