Can I just put one scrying ball in a statue, do that quest and come back and repeat the process or do I need to place all the balls into the statues at the same time on my first time there with Zandalor after killing the Succubus?

Also is there a order which these quest must be done?

You can scry one at a time, or place multiple orbs at once.

The mage, lizard, human and orc quests are fairly quick.
You must complete 5 of the council quests before you will be able to successfully scry for the dwarven council member.
The fight at the end of the elven council member quest is possibly one of the toughest in the game.
There is a bonus available during the imp quest which is better at higher levels. I reloaded and did that quest last, but by then I didn't really need the extra bonus. You should at least try to time it so you reach a new level during that quest, though.

Not trying to be a pain in the butt. And I'm sure glad you're still around on both forums. Will use the Larian forum only next time I have a question.
